I started seeing Georgia to help me with my day-to-day anxiety. After a couple of months seeing her, I feel like I am capable of controlling my emotions and calming my nervous system using her amazing techniques. I feel much more relaxed and have more perspective now when stressful situations arise because I can now manage my body and mind response. I couldn’t recommend working with Georgia enough.
I was a bit of an open minded skeptic going onto my 1st appointment during the tail end of covid on zoom. I had done years of talk therapy and never really felt like I had an a-ha moment. I kept an open mind and my first appointment I had a big break through and it had nothing to do with what I was thinking or wanting to talk about. Georgia was able to guide me into my body and helped me move through some emotions and past traumas that came up that I did not know I had within me. I felt a real integration of mind and body where typically I will escape from being in touch with my body and go straight into head and knowledge . Anything to not feel. Each session I had with her unblocked multiple past traumas and energy blockages. I was even able to shed some tears which is something I don't do easily. I actually did enjoy working on zoom much to my shocked as I was laying in bed and cozy and safe and was able to end my session and go straight into a much-needed nap. I felt safe and guided with Georgia. I highly recommend working with her and this mode of healing.
