Couples somatic therapy can help you recognize, feel, and resolve deep relational wounding and issues. You'll resolve, rebuild, and strengthen your relationship through virtual sessions with open communication and targeted somatic therapeutic remediations.
I am an integrative somatic trauma therapist offering online support for adults and couples worldwide. For over a decade, I’ve helped adults find safety in their bodies and reclaim a life beyond anxiety, depression, dissociation, and trauma.
My work is about guiding you toward an abundant, integrated way of living where you feel resourced and whole.
My work is titrated and creates a permanent and lasting sense of safety in your body so destabilization does not occur.
However, you will not need years of session work with me. In 6 sessions or less, you will likely feel more resourced, balanced, peaceful, and flexible in your emotional states.


Today, my approach weaves together CBT, Somatic Inquiry, Somatic Experiencing, Hypnotherapy, EFT, Hakomi Method, IFS, Psychosensory Touch, and Bilateral Stimulation. All from a bottom up approach (meaning body based inquiry versus talk therapy.)
This integration isn’t theory, it’s lived practice-we create new safe neural pathways together, in a co-regulatory way, during every session. It’s how we move through anxiety, stress, self-doubt, addiction, depression, hyper-reactivity, hyper-vigilance and burnout into a more resourced way of being.
Integration means gently (safely) bringing subconscious patterns of the brain and body into awareness, discharging any residual energy and integrating a new, more positive felt experience so you can step out of old patterns and live safely in the present with PEACE and EASE.
This is titrated, meaning slow and steady. However, you will see results even after one session.

After a short intake form we will have a 30 minute call to get clear on the way forward using somatic therapy.

We will build a measurable roadmap to help you find relief.

Somatic therapy is a body-centered psychotherapy that links mind and body to release stress, trauma, and tension stored physically, helping heal issues like PTSD, anxiety, and chronic pain. Instead of just talking, it uses physical techniques like breathwork, gentle movement, grounding, and mindfulness to help you become aware of bodily sensations (like muscle tension or posture) and process trapped emotions, calming the nervous system for greater emotional regulation and connection.
Sessions average 55 minutes to 65 minutes depending on the work we are doing. Please leave 90 minutes for ech session so you have time to rest afterwards.
Online somatic work specific to working with Georgia is a true gift, as your body will be in an environment you already feel safe in. Please be sure to have an uninterrupted time, no phone and no family members or pets. You only require a Zoom account and a computer or phone.
Because of the safety measures in place, Georgia works strictly in a container of 3-6 sessions to start depending on your intake. We offer very affordable payment plans, making it accessible to most everyone.
